Carol Allen is the lead instructor and course designer for NU 360: Professional issues in Nursing. She has been a Pediatric Nurse for more than 27 years in various positions as an inpatient staff nurse, outpatient clinic nurse, and nurse manager. She graduated from UMass, Boston with her masters in Nursing as a Family Clinical Specialist and her BSN from Boston College. She has been teaching in the undergraduate program for more than 8 years and in the online, RN-BSN program for over 1 year.
